70.3 Aix-en-Provence FRA Pro Start List

Friday 19 May 2023

Revel in the Provençal splendour of one of France's most gorgeous cities. A regal welcome along the tree-lined Cours Mirabeau, rich art and culture amongst centuries old French and Roman history, Aix-en-Provence is the perfect destination to discover the South of France. A race encapsulating this stunning region taking in quaint villages, mountain vistas and forests.

Athletes will embark on a one-loop, 1,9 km swim that takes place in the waters of Plantain, located in the city of Peyrolles-en-Provence. During the 90 km bike course, athletes will pass through Pays d'Aix and eight surrounding towns, which allow for spectator support. A three-loop, 21,1 km run course winds athletes through city and forest roads through La Torse Park and the city of Aix-en-Provence.

The 2023 IRONMAN 70.3 Aix-en-Provence offers 45 Age Group Qualifying slots and 25 Extra Slots for Women to the 2023 VinFast IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship on 26 - 27 August 2023 in Lahti, Finland.
