Bike 90 km, 2300 m Challenging course with several climbs up to 12 %. We recommend road or timetrial bike. Total elevation 2300 m. Attention, the race is non drafting. Athletes must respect traffic rules and ride given the road quality.Trail run 21 km, 1000 m
Demanding trial run with difficult climb up to 1876 m and descent to the altitude 800 m. The run is on paths of Tatra National Park. After the descent to Latana valley, there are 4 km of asphalt road, than short demanding climb from 11 to 12 km, after that nice run in the forest mostly down, until the finish at Penzion Pribisko in Zuberec.
