Pablo Dapena took the crown in the inaugural CHALLENGE CAPE TOWN on Sunday, when he sprinted to the finish in a time of 3:46:48. The Spaniard finished approx. 90 seconds ahead of Steven McKenna (Australia) in second place, with Matt Trautman (SA) coming in third. more

Bicycle World Texas IRONMAN 70.3 Waco, staged just outside of Indian Springs Park, will begin with a 1.2-mile starting at Pecan Bottom Park and will be a point to point, down river swim, finishing at Indian Springs Park. The 56-mile single-loop bike course route will then take athletes through beautiful Central Texas's rural roads, past Lake Waco, and through the Waco wetlands. more
