Athletes and spectators enjoyed a weekend of events that included a children's bike race and an expo, despite some rainy weather earlier in the week. The race featured a swim at Lake Kierskie and a scenic course through the Greater Poland region before the finish in Poznan.
Men's Race: Denmark's Valdemar Solok claimed a wire-to-wire victory at the 2025 Enea Ironman 70.3 Poznan with a finishing time of 3:33:50. He established an early lead in the swim, exiting the water in 23:53, 11 seconds ahead of his closest competitor, Henry Räppo. Solok extended his lead on the bike, entering T2 with a more than four-minute advantage. While he saw his lead reduced during the half-marathon, his victory was never in doubt. Spain's Vicente Hernández Cabrera finished second in 3:35:42, and Räppo took third in 3:36:05.
Women's Race: Great Britain's Rebecca Anderbury mounted an impressive comeback for her victory. She began the day at a disadvantage, trailing Germany's Sophie Fischer—who led the swim in 27:19—by over three minutes. Anderbury immediately went on the offensive during the bike leg, closing the gap and pulling ahead of the field. Germany's Franziska Hofmann initially kept pace with Anderbury but eventually fell back. Rebecca Anderbury secured the win with a dominant performance that overcame her early deficit.
