Alistair Brownlee, Kat Matthews Headline 70.3 Swansea Wales

Friday 05 August 2022

The new IRONMAN 70.3 Swansea is the race that offers both outstanding natural beauty and rich history.  Experience the natural beauty along the sweeping waterfront of Swansea Bay leading to Mumbles, a vibrant colourful seaside village before cycling onto the beautiful Gower Peninsula where the dramatic landscape must be seen to be believed.

IRONMAN has had a strong presence in the country since the 2011 launch of IRONMAN Wales, Tenby, and the South Wales region has rapidly become a popular place for
triathlon. Therefore, given this and the challenging but stunning courses plus expected exceptional crowd support, we are confident that Swansea 70.3 will quickly become a prominent feature of the European IRONMAN 70.3 race calendar over the coming years.
