Kristian Blummenfelt steps up at IRONMAN Cozumel MEX

Cozumel is not only a beach-goer's paradise, it’s also a seasoned IRONMAN host city. Off the coast of the Yucatan Peninsula, the area has over 14 miles of reefs for exploring, plus archaeological ruins, a national park, and endless expanses of turquoise water and white sandy beaches. 

The 2021 IRONMAN Cozumel offers slots to the 2022 IRONMAN World Championship in Kailua-Kona, Hawai'i.

The swim is an in-water start in the sea swim and start and finishes at Chankanaab park beach on the one lap rectangular shaped course. The bike course starts and finishes at the Chankanaab park, using the Cozumel island main road. The three loop course. The marathon course is three laps, starting at the Chankanaab park towards Cozumel downtown.

Professionals compete for $75,000 prize purse plus 2MPRO/2WPRO Kona 2022 Slots.

PATAGONMAN is a grueling triathlon that takes place in one of the most breathtaking natural settings in the world. Starting in the Aysen Fjord, athletes must swim 3.8 kilometers, cycle 180 kilometers along the famous Carretera Austral, and then run 42.2 kilometers through canyons, next to lakes and waterfalls to General Carrera Lake. Along the way, participants may encounter a variety of wildlife, including sea otters, sea lions, whales, dolphins and even pumas. This race is not for beginners. more
