Thursday 05 September 2019

A world class course taking in highlights of the region. Competitors will take in the best that Mooloolaba has to offer, starting with a swim off the surf beach followed by a fast bike course and a two lap run course along the Esplanade cheered on by spectators. A spectacular location with everything you need just steps from the beach, including an amazing surfside transition. Enjoy the experience of finishing on Mooloolaba Esplanade then wander to recovery on the beach to relax after your big day.

Athletes will enjoy the experience of a rolling start to kick off the swim course at Mooloolaba’s spectacular surf beach! The 90km bike course has been extended over Alex Hill riding along the beachfront to Maroochydore and back then heading out for a second loop before riding into the Mooloolaba Transition. Runners will head north and onto the iconic Mooloolaba Esp. After heading over the scenic Alexandra Headland hill athletes will follow the same route for the second lap along striking shores and a spectator lined course before finishing in the heart of Mooloolaba.
