Bozzone & Siddall return to defend at IRONMAN New Zealand

Friday 01 March 2019
There should be plenty of fireworks in Taupo this weekend in the pro races. Defending champion Terenzo Bozzone (NZL) will face some tough competition from the ageless Cameron Brown (NZL), who has won this race an astounding 12 times. The pair will have their hands full with Andrew Starykowicz (USA), Tim Reed (AUS) and 2017 race winner Braden Currie (NZL).

Laura Siddall (GBR) will be aiming to make it two-in-a-row, and will face off against her podium mates from last year, Teresa Adam (NZL) and Joycelyn McCauley (USA). The trio will contend with a fit and motivated Meredith Kessler (USA), who has won the race five times.

The 35th edition of Kellogg's Nutri-Grain IRONMAN New Zealand will go down in the history books for more than one reason.
We have SIX #IMNZ Champions all back to stake their claim for 2019.

1st Terenzo (2018)
1st Laura Siddall (2018)
