On April 29, 2018, Polar Cannes International Triathlon will celebrate its fifth edition. Five years in which the competition has become the preferred option for athletes from all over the planet for the beginning of the season.

Polar Cannes International Triathlon starts 2018 with great news. The Spanish Javier Gómez Noya confirms his participation in the fifth edition of this middle distance event that will live its fifth edition on April 29. Ahead 2 km of swimming, 107 km of cycling and 16km of running that promise to be exciting.

Javier is a 5 times World Series ITU champion, 2 times Ironman 70.3 World Champion and silver medalist at the London 2012 Olympic Games, among many other achievements of his extensive track record. The current Ironman 70.3 World Champion and runner-up in the ITU World Series 2017 has announced that this 2018 will focus its objectives on long distance.

Triathlete Lucy Charles joins the 5th edition of Polar Cannes International Triathlon. The British triathlete will compete in Cannes on April 29 after a great season in which she achieved: 2nd place in the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii, 1st place in the Ironman Lanzarote and 1st place in Challenge Samorin (The Championships)

After her results in 2017, Lucy Charles is betting on the Polar Cannes International Triathlon at the start of her 2018 season. She will be one of the great favorites for the victory.

Among them, the galician triathlete joins at Polar Cannes International Triathlon, an international event that, year after year, brings together some of the best triathletes in the world with athletes from all over the world.

Currently, the race sets a single distance (2 km / 100 km / 16 km) and maintains the essence of a premium event where all the details are taken care of.
