Huge Showdown in St. George

Wednesday 30 April 2014
Not a week away from the IRONMAN 70.3 U.S. Pro Championship and the anticipation is building as the deep pro men's and women's fields assemble. There will be plenty of IRONMAN 70.3 world champions, and countless IRONMAN 70.3 title holders among those competing, making this one of the most competitive fields outside the IRONMAN World Championship so far this year.

Over 50 men will be starting the race that features the likes of Brent McMahon, Any Potts, Sebastian Kienle, Terenzo Bozzone, Tim Don, Tim Reed, Trevor Wurtele, Jordan Rapp, Kevin Collington, Bevan Docherty, Joe Gambles, Jan Frodendo and Marino Vanhoenacker, just to list a few.

The women’s race will see almost 40 women toeing the star line, which is highlighted by Meredith Kessler, Heather Wurtele, Jodie Swallow, Rachel Joyce, Mary Beth Ellis, Linsey Corbin, Angela Naeth, Julie Dibens, Mel McQuaid and Rebekah Keat.
