113 AND 226 RACE COURSES
SWIMM , BIKE AND RUN COURSES will be the same for both races . the difference is the number of laps
SWIM course will be one lap of 1.9 km for 113 and 2 laps of 1,9 = 3,8 km for the 226 race .
BIKE course will be 2 laps of 45 km = 90 km for the 113 race and 4 laps of 45 km = 180 km for the 226 race
RUN course will be 2 laps x 10,550 km =21 ,1 km for the 113 race and 4 laps of 5,550 km = 42,2 km for the 226 race
Start times and time limits
For 226 race START time swim 0 6.30 am time limit 2 hours and 10 min ( 08.40 am )
For 113 race START time swim 09.00 am time limit 1 hour and 15 ( 10 .15 am )
For 226 BIKE AND SWIMM LIMIT = 10 hours and 30 min = 17.00 pm
226 race LIMIT TOTAL TIME = 16 h = 22.30 pm
113 BIKE and SWIM time limit 5 hours and 30 min = 14 k 30 pm
113 time limit 8 hours = 17.00 pm
Food and water station will be all over the course and medical personnel, ambulance doctor, life guards and many volunteers with cars moto bikes etc will be there for you all over the way for your safety .
Food and drink stations on the bike course every 22 km water , iso ,cola ,gels , energy bars banana .
Food and drink stations on the run course every 1750 m water, iso , cola ,gels, energy natural home made bars, potato chips , salty bisquits ,Vaseline , sea salt , banana .
The problem will not be how to finish the race ,but how to digest so much food made for you…
