Laura Philipp headlines 70.3 St. Polten Austria

Friday 24 May 2019
Just by mastering the IRONMAN 70.3 Pölten course every athlete experiences the diversity of Austria - the coexistence between nature and human creation. Starting by the swiming course which leads every athlete through the two lakes of St. Pölten. Followed by the bike course on the modern freeway and through the UNESCO World Cultural and Natural Heritage Wachau. Ending with the running track along the Traisen river, through the baroque old town of St. Pölten and back to the architectural masterpiece of NV Arena.

Apart the unique swimming experience the bike course of the IRONMAN 70.3 St. Pölten is the centerpiece for each athlete. On the 25-km section of the freeway S33 athletes reach up to 55 km/h, making it every cyclist's dream.
